This may be an exciting life changing moment for someone: maybe ..."You"...
A Truly Unique Invitation
Are you an organized, creative soul yearning to break free from the conventional grind? Do you dream of a life where your work, your home, and your purpose are all deeply connected? I believe I might have a truly unique invitation for you here in Arizona.

For 35 years, my art has been my life's work. I built a name and a presence in galleries, shows, and online, and for most of that time, my studio was a hub of active creation.
Today, my focus has shifted to writing. While the art business is still very much alive - with a website active since 1998, a significant body of unsold work, and product designs ready to go - it languishes for attention. At 80, it's time for someone with fresh energy and a clear vision to step in. I'm looking for a partner(s) to breathe new life into this business and help care for the unique place I've built.
This isn't a job, because I'm not looking to hire. Instead, this is an invitation to ownership. We can structure this either through sweat equity – where your hard work and dedication to the business and the compound translate directly into your stake – or through a direct purchase, perhaps the best path. My hope is to find someone who's ready to invest themselves, knowing that every effort they make builds their future.
I've built a truly special place here, a fenced, private compound that feels wonderfully isolated - designed for someone who appreciates living life on their own terms. And yet it's surprisingly just a short walk from a quaint historic downtown area and The Radisson.
You'll find a large studio and two possibilities for tiny homes awaiting your dreams. Plus the large main structure with comfortable living area, art storage, a "studium" and office spaces. It's a property with a history demanding a future - in many ways just another blank canvas. You'll need to roll up your sleeves to make it the future of your vision. And, like any living space, there'll be ongoing maintenance and improvements, some wood repair, and general upkeep that I can no longer manage. It's a project, yes, but it's a chance to literally build your own living and working sanctuary.
If you're feeling the pull to escape the relentless pace and high costs of places like San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, or any place that now feels burdensome: this could be your answer. It's a chance for that "ready to flee" spirit to see how the substantial money from a house sale can go farther than you ever imagined, securing a purpose-driven life where your values truly align with your everyday.
Here, you'll find:
True autonomy over your work and your lifestyle.
The path to direct ownership of an established art legacy.
A unique, authentic environment that encourages creativity and self-reliance.
A life deeply connected to the principles of Manifestinction, if that resonates with you.
A chance to dramatically reduce your living expenses by creating your own home here.
I'm looking for someone who sees the potential in what's here, who's ready for a hands-on adventure, and who's eager to build something truly meaningful.

If you're looking for a perfectly manicured lawn and a house where the plumbing always works, this might not be for you. This unique compound is a living project, and it requires someone who sees a bit of untreated wood as an opportunity and a dusty space as a blank canvas. This isn't just about an art business; it's about building a life, a home, and a future with your own two hands.
By the way, there's no pool here and no golf course either. But hey, no HOA, so you're totally free to do what you want.
If that sounds less like a caution and more like an invitation, then you're exactly who I'm looking for.

The pictures showcase the spirit and the solid foundation of what's here. While some areas show the patina of 35 years of my participation (plus maybe another 40-60 years before that), they illustrate the incredible potential you'll have to restore and build out your vision, making it truly yours.
The last five years, my focus has shifted full time to creating a mythology reflecting our uncertain times called "Manifestinction". Anyone interested in pursuing this opportunity I encourage visit www.manifestinction.com to see if my ideas are compatible with your vision. If so, all the better. (By the way, the Myth is ready to go mainstream: in case you find it inspiring and wish to be part of the journey).
I have also included a few pieces of artwork from over the years and some examples of the geoplate switch covers and stickers.
