The Wave-Crest Practice helps you connect different parts of your experience to create something new. Think of it as learning to ride the wave of the present moment, where your awareness can help shape what happens next.
In simple terms, this practice helps you:
Be more present in your daily life
Find connections between different experiences
Create new possibilities through awareness
Participate more actively in your life experience
When you bring two different aspects of your experience together in your awareness (like a feeling and a sound, or a memory and a sensation), something new can emerge from this connection.
Simple Example: Notice both the sensation of your feet on the ground AND the sound of your breath. When you hold both in your awareness at once, you might experience a new feeling of being centered that wasn't there before.
1. Arrive (30 seconds)
Sit or stand comfortably
Take one slow, deep breath
Notice the moment when your inhale changes to exhale
Simply think or say: "I am here now"
2. Choose Two Things to Notice (1 minute)
Look around and within yourself
Pick any two things you're experiencing right now, such as:
A sound in the room and a feeling in your body
The weight of your body and the temperature of the air
A thought in your mind and a sensation on your skin
Name them to yourself: "I notice this... and I notice that..."
3. Connect Them (2 minutes)
For a few breaths:
As you inhale, pay attention to the first thing
As you exhale, pay attention to the second thing
Notice how these two experiences can exist together in your awareness
Ask yourself: "What happens when I hold both of these at once?"
4. Notice What's New (2 minutes)
Pay attention to any new feelings, insights, or awareness that comes up
Ask yourself: "What feels different now?"
Notice if this new feeling connects to anything in your life
5. Expand Your Awareness (2 minutes)
Breathe deeply
With each inhale, feel energy gathering in your body
With each exhale, imagine that energy extending outward around you
Feel connected to both your inner experience and the world around you
6. Reflect (1 minute)
Write down a simple sentence completing this thought:
"Today, something new I noticed was..."
If nothing specific came up, that's perfectly fine. Write:
"Today, I practiced being present with different parts of my experience."
Start Simple: Choose things that are easy to notice at first
No Right Answer: Whatever you experience is valid
Regular Practice: Try this for 5-10 minutes daily
Be Patient: The connections may be subtle at first
Manifestinction: The process of creating new experiences by connecting different aspects of your awareness
This and That: Any two different things you notice in your experience
Emergence: The new feeling or understanding that comes from connecting different experiences
Omniment: The expanded awareness that includes both your inner experience and the world around you
Remember, this practice is about curiosity and exploration, not achieving a specific outcome.
The Wave-Crest Practice acknowledges reality as perpetually unfolding at the crest of the eternal wave, with the omniment encompassing all as both witness and participant through observation and entanglement.

You’ve just stepped off the crest of the wave and back onto the shore of everyday life. Before you move on, pause here with me.
Imagine this practice as a gentle hand on your shoulder—a reminder that the universe is not a puzzle to solve but a conversation to join. Each time you invite two presences to meet inside awareness, you reaffirm three quiet truths:
You are never alone. Consciousness is the wide field that holds every meeting, every whisper of becoming.
Creation is intimate. Reality doesn’t change “out there” first; it stirs right here, in the small space where air touches skin or memory meets birdsong.
Compassion is born in choice. When entities consent to unite, they model the kindness we long to offer ourselves and one another.
So carry this warmth forward. Let the formula hide in your pocket like a smooth stone. At the grocery line, on a sleepless night, beneath a city sky—two sparks will tap your attention. Give them room to converse, and feel how the world softens in response.
When you share your next emerged reality, know you’re adding a bright stitch to the living tapestry of Manifestinction. Thank you for weaving with us.
