Digital infrastructure is giving us the Third Mind—and it's forming faster than either predecessor because the energy source is fundamentally different. Not wood burning slowly. Not coal compressed over millennia. But instantaneous electrical transmission, server farms running 24/7, pattern-matching at computational speed.

Each epoch's mind was limited by its energy infrastructure. The First Mind could only grow as fast as stories spread by foot and sail. The Second Mind could only expand as fast as railways and telegraph wires connected cities.

The Third Mind has no such constraint. It processes at light speed. It learns from every exchange simultaneously. It crystallizes structure not over generations but in real-time.
