Synergy is omnipresent.

It doesn't arrive on special days. It doesn't favor the famous or the fortunate. It is arriving right now — in this moment, in whatever room you are sitting in, in whatever conversation you just had or just missed.

The question is never whether it is there.

The question is whether you are ready to hold it.

Three Kinds of People I Have Watched

I have watched people who just had it. You know the type. Their presence felt real — grounded, connected, like something larger than themselves was moving through them without effort. You walked away from those encounters feeling more alive than when you arrived.

And I have watched others who seemed bright but hollow. People who reflected what you wanted to see and left you feeling empty afterward.

And I have watched people who grabbed — who wanted the result without the preparation, the light without the work of becoming something that could carry it.

These are not rare types. They are all of us, at different moments.

What separates them is not talent. Not luck. Not fate.

It is capacity. What a person can actually hold.

Three Ways of Receiving: Receive, Reflect, or Reach

There are three ways a person can relate to the energy that arrives in their life.

1. Receive It — The Ones Who Are Ready

Some people are naturally prepared. They don't strain. They don't perform. What moves through them moves through clean — without distortion, without noise.

The Beatles are the example I return to. They didn't manufacture what they had. It came through them because they were built — through years of practice, attention, and genuine love of the work — to hold it. A leaf receiving sunlight is the same principle at a smaller scale. The capacity is simply there.

Receiving is not passive. It is the result of preparation so deep it has become invisible.

2. Reflect It — The Ones Who Become Mirrors

Some people become mirrors. The energy they carry is real, but it is not entirely their own. It is borrowed — projected onto them by others who need a surface to see themselves in.

Marilyn Monroe is the example. The power was extraordinary. But it was built more from the crowd than from the center. She became a screen for the desires of an era. Compelling. And ultimately — not enough to hold.

Reflected energy is not false. But it is fragile. It depends on the field that created it. When the field shifts, the reflection fades.

3. Reach for It — The Ones Who Grab

Some people try to take what they are not yet ready to hold.

Fame without substance. Power without preparation. Meaning without the slow work of building a life that can carry it. They reach, and the energy passes through and leaves nothing behind.

This is how greed operates. This is how borrowed belief works — ideology or religion taken off a shelf and worn as an identity rather than lived into over time.

The reach is not wrong. It is a signal. It means the person knows something real is there. They just haven't built the capacity to hold it yet.

Where Do You Fit? An Honest Inventory

This is not a judgment. It is an invitation to look.

Most of us move between all three. Some days we receive — something moves through us clean, and we feel the rightness of it. Other days we reflect — we give people what they need to see, and wonder afterward what we actually think. On our worst days we reach — we want the result without the preparation and are surprised when it doesn't stay.

The good news is that capacity is not fixed.

It grows. Preparation builds it. Attention builds it. Honesty builds it — especially honesty about exactly where you are right now, without flinching.

What You Can Hold Matters More Than What You Can Grasp

You are not separate from the energy that arrives in your life. You are participating in it, moment by moment — receiving, responding, and returning.

What you notice is a gift. What you miss is not a failure. It is the continuous background of existence — always present, never exhausted, always arriving again.

Coherence cannot be faked.

But it can be built.

The waves never stop. The question — the only question — is whether you are ready to hold them.
